Job summary

Black Diamond Coatings is seeking an experienced Warehouse & Fulfillment Manager for our Dade City, FL facility. This hands-on role leads a small operations team, oversees receiving, storage, picking, packing, and shipping, and drives 5S and SOP improvements to boost accuracy and efficiency.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in warehousing with leadership, hands-on forklift experience, ERP/WMS familiarity, and a focus on safety and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive warehouse, distribution, or fulfillment experience.
• 3+ years of direct warehouse leadership experience managing teams of five or more.
• Proven track record in improving inventory accuracy, shipping performance, and efficiency.
• Experience with warehouse management systems (WMS), ERP inventory systems, and shipping software such as ShipStation.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Outlook.
• Forklift certification and hands-on operating experience with ability to train others.
• Strong organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Willingness to work directly alongside the team in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily warehouse operations including receiving, put-away, inventory management, picking, packing, and shipping.
• Establish an organized, efficient, and safe warehouse using 5S and continuous improvement practices.
• Develop and maintain SOPs for consistency and accuracy.
• Manage inventory accuracy through cycle counting, reconciliation, and root-cause analysis.
• Lead and coach a warehouse team of approximately five employees with potential to expand.
• Coordinate with HR on recruiting, onboarding, and training.
• Maintain compliance with retailer shipping requirements and safety standards.
• Provide hands-on shipping support as needed.
