Job summary

Hawkins Inc. is seeking a Warehouse and Delivery Associate to support the Warehouse Manager and Inventory Coordinator in day-to-day tasks. You will help with inbound/outbound freight, inventory control in WinMan, and delivering materials to offsite locations and customers.

The role requires at least a high school diploma, 1 year warehouse experience, and a valid US license with CDL eligibility. Safety and DOT compliance are emphasized and employee benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum 1 year warehouse experience with crates, pallets and moving equipment.
• Valid U.S. driver's license with ability to obtain Class A CDL.
• Proficient with computer; learn WinMan ERP for freight entry.
• Able to operate forklifts and overhead cranes safely.

Responsibilities

• Assist Warehouse Manager and Inventory Coordinator with inbound/outbound freight.
• Perform inventory audits and reconcile in the ERP system (WinMan).
• Deliver and pick up inventory/equipment using Hawkins/WaterSurplus trucks.
• Operate manual and powered forklifts and overhead cranes safely.
• Support safety, DOT compliance, and general shop labor needs.
