Job summary

HireTalent is seeking a Service Designer / Project Coordinator to manage utility service installation projects from the initial customer call through final billing.

You will talk with builders and homeowners to scope work, perform design tasks using GIS tools, and coordinate scheduling with field crews while supporting construction teams and handling billing queries. This is a hands-on role in a growing utility environment.

• Create work orders and coordinate scheduling with field crews.
• Support crews and answer questions during construction.
• Review completed work and verify documentation.
• Calculate project costs, generate invoices, and resolve billing questions.
• Run several projects at once, start to finish.
