Responsibilities

• Deliver instruction in electrical linework, safety procedures, pole climbing, equipment use, rigging, transformer installation, and overhead/underground distribution systems.
• Develop and update lesson plans, training materials, and instructional strategies aligned with industry standards and program objectives.
• Supervise and evaluate students’ practical skills in a controlled field training environment.
• Instruct students on OSHA, industry recommended safety manuals, and other regulatory standards.
• Maintain training facilities, tools, and equipment in good working condition.
• Track student progress and provide feedback, grades, and evaluations in a timely manner.
• Mentor and guide students on career development and professional behavior.
• Stay current with industry trends, emerging technologies, and safety regulations.
• Ensure a safe and inclusive learning environment.
