• Gain exposure to risk selection, pricing, coverage, and profitability.
• Complete project-based assignments and present findings to the team.
• Collaborate with underwriting, operations, and other partners.
• Develop professional and team-building skills through mentoring and collaboration.
• Participate in planned educational and social activities to understand our business.
