Job summary

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Supply Chain, Operations, Manufacturing, or related field.
7+ years of experience in Technical Program Management, Manufacturing Engineering, Supplier Quality, Operations, or Supply Chain.
Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and operations.
Experience with supplier qualification and supplier quality methodologies.
Proven ability to lead cross-functional technical projects.
Strong stakeholder management and executive communication skills.
Experience managing technical risks and driving issue resolution.

Responsibilities

Prepares project plans and drives the project from conception and planning to implementation.
Will participate in the development of strategies, processes and resources.
Lead complex technical programs involving manufacturing, engineering, quality, and supply chain organizations.
Provides engineering and business process expertise to team and other members on various standard programs / issues.
Identifies and resolves potential complications within the project and develops solutions for resolution.
Drive supplier qualification and alternate source development initiatives to improve business continuity and reduce supply risk.
Evaluate manufacturing processes, supplier capabilities, and qualification readiness.
Manage technical risks, develop mitigation plans, and drive issue resolution across stakeholders.
Coordinate engineering change implementation and manufacturing readiness activities.
Facilitate root cause investigations and corrective action plans with suppliers and internal teams.
Develop and track program schedules, milestones, risks, dependencies, and executive communications.
Drive cross-functional alignment to ensure successful project execution and business outcomes.
Present program status, technical risks, and mitigation strategies to senior leadership.
