Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; relevant technical education considered.
• 3+ years in an industrial maintenance or lab environment (or equivalent training).
• Mechanical and/or electronic aptitude, including basic troubleshooting ability.
• Strong safety awareness and ability to follow procedures.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs regularly; must have a valid driver’s license; ability to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Setting up and performing mechanical, thermal, pressure, vibration, and environmental tests across diverse equipment and industries.
• Installing and operating sensors, strain gauges, hydraulic circuits, pumps, controllers, and data acquisition systems.
• Using hand and power tools as well as overhead cranes and forklifts.
• Supporting investigative work, documentation, and analysis as part of a collaborative technical team.
• Adapting to rapidly changing project demands — variety is the norm here.
