EmergencyMD is seeking a Test Technician to perform hands-on aerospace component testing, set up and operate test equipment, and document results with high accuracy. You will flag out-of-spec issues for fast resolution and support troubleshooting with the team on a safety-focused work floor.
You'll work onsite in Kerrville, TX with a Day or PM shift, clocking in and ensuring fixtures and paperwork are in order.
As a Test Technician, you'll help keep aerospace components performing at their peak by running hands-on tests that prove quality and reliability before product ships. You'll set up and operate test equipment, follow detailed procedures, capture accurate results, and flag anything that looks out of spec so issues get solved fast. You'll document findings clearly, support troubleshooting with the team, and keep your work area organized and safety-focused.

Your shift (Day: M-F, 40 hrs; PM: M-Th, 11:30 a.m.-10:00 p.m.) starts by checking the test queue, confirming you have the right fixtures and paperwork, and getting your station ready. As the day ramps up, you'll stay focused on clean, consistent output-logging results, communicating quick updates, and keeping momentum when priorities shift. When overtime is available, you can choose to lean in and boost your paycheck. You'll wrap up by organizing your area and handing off clear status so the next step in the build keeps flying forward.
