Job summary

Gantri, a California-based digital manufacturer, seeks a Production Lead (Swing Shift) to oversee daily operations, coach front-line teams, and drive continuous improvements on the production floor.

You will train on the Day Shift and then own Swing Shift, with responsibilities for labor allocation, safety, quality, and timely delivery, in a role that blends hands-on leadership with team development.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years in manufacturing, production, or operations.
• Experience leading hourly teams in real time.
• Ability to balance production, quality, safety, and people needs in a fast-moving environment.
• Strong judgment and ability to adjust priorities as conditions change.
• Clear, direct, and respectful communication; familiar with SOP-driven environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and support production operators on the floor.
• Adjust labor allocation, sequencing, and priorities in real time.
• Ensure safety, accuracy, and adherence to SOPs and quality standards.
• Monitor throughput, WIP, yields, and machine status.
• Identify bottlenecks and implement immediate and longer-term improvements.
• Coordinate shift handoffs and reporting; collaborate with Eng, QA/QC, Facilities, and HR.
• Review timecards, overtime notes, and absences; support inventory checks.
