Medline Industries, LP is seeking a Production Supervisor (Swing Shift) for Transportation to lead a team in a fast-paced manufacturing environment where innovation and leadership help transform used medical devices into safe, high-quality products for healthcare providers.

In this role you will ensure on-time production of finished goods, maintain inventory integrity, manage scheduling and backorders, and mentor staff through onboarding and development programs.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 2+ years of production experience.
• Experience as a department lead or supervisor is a plus.
• At least 1 year of experience managing people.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and coordinate product processing.
• Monitor backorder reports and production scheduling; coordinate resources to minimize backorders and ensure quality.
• Create inventory transfers and production orders to meet schedules and service levels.
• Prepare paperwork and ensure regulatory compliance for finished goods.
• Ensure inventory integrity for components and finished product.
• Communicate with product divisions on backordered or substitute items.
• Act as back-up for production equipment, material handling and warehouse.
• Develop and mentor staff through onboarding, training and performance management.
