Job summary

Stonebriar Auto Services is seeking an Assistant Store Manager for Jiffy Lube to lead the location with hands-on supervision, training, and safety guidance. You will motivate and direct teammates to meet company goals and guest satisfaction while maintaining an energetic work environment.

Experience in vehicle maintenance is preferred; if not, a stable, supervisory work history in a physical setting with training can qualify you. A valid driver's license is required.

Qualifications

• Experience leading teams in a fast paced environment is preferred.
• Willingness to train for supervisory responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on leadership and direction to store teammates.
• Train and guide staff to meet safety, performance and guest service goals.
