Job summary

Qualifications

• Enrollment in a Bachelor's degree program (Chemistry, Biochemistry, Chemical Engineering, Polymer/Material Science, or Mechanical Engineering)
• Completion of Freshman year
• Cumulative GPA of 3.0 or above
• Willingness to be placed in internship opportunities

Responsibilities

• Support new application and product development teams through formulation, processing, design and testing of Covestro materials.
• Lab evaluation projects, lab analyses and trials for process optimization.
• Raw material evaluations, new products and plant troubleshooting to develop, improve and service the company's products.
• Evaluation of potential products, raw materials and equipment by conducting lab bench work.
• Collaborate with chemists and engineers in a fast-paced environment to support development
