Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in software engineering, application development, and enterprise solution design.
• 7+ years hands-on coding experience with Java/Spring Boot, .NET, Python.
• 5+ years designing microservices, REST APIs, distributed systems, and enterprise integrations.
• 3+ years designing cloud-native applications on AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.
• Strong consulting, architecture and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Define end-to-end solution architecture for complex enterprise applications and platforms.
• Remain actively involved in hands-on coding, development, and prototyping.
• Design scalable microservices, REST APIs, distributed systems, and cloud-native applications.
• Develop PoCs to evaluate technologies, frameworks, and architectural approaches.
• Translate business requirements into scalable technical designs and implementation strategies.
• Establish architecture, coding standards, design patterns, and engineering best practices.
• Mentor senior developers and provide hands-on technical guidance to teams.
• Drive application modernization and cloud transformation initiatives.
• Collaborate with DevOps to improve CI/CD, deployment automation, and reliability.
• Ensure solutions meet security, scalability, availability, performance, and maintainability.
