Job summary

NTT DATA Services is seeking a Tech Consultant – Lead Full-Stack Engineer to design, develop, and deliver scalable, secure enterprise applications. You will lead cross-functional teams across backend and frontend technologies, with strong emphasis on Microservices, REST APIs, and cloud-native development.

The role requires technical leadership, mentoring, and collaboration with architects, product owners, QA, and DevOps through the delivery lifecycle.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of full-stack application development and enterprise software engineering.
• 3+ years backend technologies such as Java/Spring Boot or C#/NET Core, Microservices, and REST APIs.
• 2+ years SQL/NoSQL databases, cloud platforms, and CI/CD-based delivery.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design, development, and implementation of end-to-end full-stack applications.
• Develop scalable backend services using Java/Spring Boot or .NET Core and modern frontend frameworks (React/Angular).
• Design and develop RESTful APIs and microservices; integrate with internal/external systems.
• Participate in solution design and architecture discussions; recommend technical approaches.
• Write clean, reusable, maintainable, well-tested code following engineering standards.
• Conduct code reviews and establish coding and engineering standards.
• Mentor developers and provide technical guidance to the team.
• Collaborate with Product Owners, Business Analysts, QA, and DevOps throughout the delivery lifecycle.
• Troubleshoot complex applications and perform root cause analysis.
• Optimize for performance, scalability, security, and reliability.
• Support CI/CD pipelines, deployments, and production releases.
• Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and sprint planning.
