The role requires hands-on leadership on the factory floor and strategic development of the QMS, standard work, and customer quality assurance to improve overall performance and compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field.
• 5–10+ years of progressive quality leadership in manufacturing.
• Experience with ISO 9000/9001 and AIAG standards (PPAP, APQP, SPC, MSA).

Responsibilities

• Lead quality organization to align with goals, customer expectations and performance standards.
• Drive ISO 9001 compliance and continuous improvement across supplier and manufacturing.
• Develop and monitor quality metrics: FTY, scrap, warranty, cost of quality.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Design, Operations, Supply Chain and Leadership.
• Lead RCCM-based root cause and corrective action efforts and change control.
