Job summary

Aqueduct Technologies is seeking an experienced IT professional to own and continuously improve our internal technology environment. This individual contributor role focuses on day-to-day IT services, Microsoft cloud administration, employee support, IT asset management, and applying AI and automation to improve productivity.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of hands on IT experience in corporate/enterprise environments.
• Strong proficiency with Microsoft 365 suite and related cloud technologies.
• Experience troubleshooting employee tech issues across hardware, software, identity, networking, and cloud platforms.
• Experience with IT asset lifecycle, onboarding/offboarding, and device provisioning.
• Practical experience with AI productivity tools and automation to improve operations.
• Experience supporting enterprise business applications and workplace technology.
• Understanding of IAM, endpoint security, and IT operational best practices.
• Experience coordinating vendors, managing software licensing, and maintaining IT inventory.

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day operation of Aqueduct's internal technology environment and be primary point of contact for employee IT support.
• Troubleshoot and resolve helpdesk tickets for hardware, software, and workplace technology.
• Manage onboarding/offboarding, device provisioning, and access permissions.
• Configure and maintain laptops, workstations, mobile devices, and other employee tech.
• Support HQ, conference rooms, lab tech, and shared office systems.
• Develop and maintain operational docs, standards, and IT knowledge resources.
• Identify recurring issues and implement reliability improvements.
• Administer Microsoft environment (365, Entra ID, Intune, Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, Azure).
• Manage identity, access, licensing, endpoint configurations, and device compliance.
• Support enterprise apps and SaaS platforms; ensure security and operational standards.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Security, Managed Services to address technical challenges.
• Evaluate and recommend technology improvements for productivity and efficiency.
• Drive AI adoption and automation across the business.
• Develop or coordinate automation workflows using Power Automate, PowerShell, and other tools.
• Promote responsible AI with education and best practices.
