Job summary

Qualifications

• 2-4 years of related experience in engineering, test, or manufacturing environments.
• Hands-on, able to work independently and with cross-functional teams.
• Experience with semiconductor fabrication or lab equipment is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop, execute, and improve manufacturing and engineering processes for new products and trials.
• Set up probers, test systems, and related equipment to support development activities.
• Conduct experiments, collect data, and document results to ensure procedure conformance.
• Provide troubleshooting and root-cause analysis to improve process performance.
