Job summary

LaForce is seeking a Security Integration Field Laborer in Tampa, FL to support installation and maintenance of access control, CCTV, intercoms, and related security products for commercial clients.

You will install, program, and troubleshoot systems, read wiring diagrams, and train customers on new technology while ensuring professional customer interactions and timely project completion.

Qualifications

• Technical certificates or equivalent professional experience in electrical or mechanical fields.
• Ability to read wiring diagrams and blueprints; strong problem-solving skills.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean record.

Responsibilities

• Assist with installing and programming access control, CCTV, intercoms, and related hardware.
• Troubleshoot and adjust systems to meet customer needs.
• Perform safe disassembly and removal of electrical products and door hardware.
• Train customers on new and existing systems and software.
• Produce quality results on time and within budget while representing the company professionally.
• Create accurate wiring diagrams upon project completion.
• Maintain clear communication with customers, sales staff, and supervisors.
• Operate a company vehicle safely in accordance with policy.
