Formación

• HS diploma or GED required; associate's or bachelor's degree in related field preferred
• Minimum of 3-5 years of sanitation experience in a manufacturing environment
• Minimum of 2 years supervisory experience preferred

Responsabilidades

• Supervise sanitation groups and provide hands-on leadership for sanitation programs
• Work side-by-side with crew performing cleaning tasks and fill in when needed
• Ensure compliance with sanitation regulations and audit criteria for the plant and grounds
• Oversee sanitation employees and training across production lines
• Monitor chemical usage and equipment availability; conduct monthly titration tests
• Review sanitation schedules and maintain Safe Quality Food Level 3 requirements
• Assist in sanitation safety training and document performance evaluations
