Job summary

Qualifications

• HS Diploma or GED required; associate's or bachelor's degree in food science, industrial hygiene, environmental health, manufacturing, or related field preferred
• Minimum of 3-5 years of sanitation experience in a manufacturing environment
• Minimum of 2 years supervisory experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Supervise sanitation groups and lead sanitation program implementation
• Perform hands-on cleaning tasks alongside crew
• Ensure compliance with sanitation regulations and audits
• Oversee training and safety procedures in production lines
