Job summary

Cérélia North America in Hazelwood, MO is seeking a Sanitation Technician to keep our state-of-the-art Hazelwood facility clean and compliant between production shifts. You will sanitize processing equipment and facilities, prevent cross-contamination, and follow SSOPs and GMPs to meet SQF and safety standards.

This full-time, 3rd-shift role requires English literacy, good communication, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Sanitation experience preferred.
• Must be able to follow instructions in English.
• Must be able to read, write and speak English.
• Self-Directed.
• Time Management and strong written/oral communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Clean and sanitize processing equipment and facilities.
• Follow SSOPs for cleaning equipment and facilities.
• Prevent cross contamination of products during sanitation procedures.
• Perform pre-inspection of clean equipment before supervisor approval.
• Complete sanitation and SQF documentation.
• Maintain sanitation equipment and tools.
