Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience in safety training, HR, or administrative support is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist in developing and formatting safety policies, procedures, and training materials.
• Create engaging presentations, handouts, quizzes, and employee training documents.
• Maintain safety records and documentation and conduct routine safety inspections.
• Identify unsafe conditions and communicate findings to the Safety Manager.
• Assist with incident investigations and corrective actions.
• Coordinate employee safety orientations and ongoing training.
• Track training completion and ensure compliance records.
