Job summary

LHH is seeking a hands-on Safety/EHS professional to work on the floor with employees, spotting safety issues and leading training in a manufacturing/industrial setting. You will identify hazards, conduct inspections, document incidents, and drive corrective actions while maintaining clear safety records.

Required 1–3+ years in Safety/EHS with OSHA 10; OSHA 30 a plus. Degree preferred but relevant experience can compensate. Strong communication and tech-savvy documentation skills are essential.

Qualifications

• 1–3+ years of Safety/EHS experience.
• Manufacturing, construction, or industrial background.
• OSHA 10 required; OSHA 30 is a big plus.
• Experience with inspections, training, incident documentation, and OSHA compliance.
• Comfortable identifying hazards and following through on corrective actions.
• Strong communicator to address unsafe practices directly.
• Tech-savvy and able to maintain safety records and documentation.
• Degree is preferred, but relevant experience matters more.
