Job summary

Jasper Group seeks a hands-on Safety and Environmental Coordinator for our Orleans manufacturing facility. The role leads safety training, conducts floor inspections, coordinates corrective actions, and supports incident investigations while ensuring OSHA compliance and environmental requirements.

Qualifications

• Experience in manufacturing safety and environmental programs.
• Familiarity with OSHA standards and incident investigations.
• Excellent on-floor communication and training delivery.

Responsibilities

• Own safety and environmental training for new hires and current employees.
• Conduct floor inspections and coordinate corrective actions with leaders.
• Support incident investigations, OSHA compliance, SDS management, and environmental requirements.
• Create practical safety talks and coach staff to improve safe work practices.
