Qualifications

Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience as a technician in industrial maintenance, manufacturing, automation, electromechanical systems, or a related field.
8+ years of industrial maintenance experience is strongly preferred.
Strong troubleshooting across electrical, mechanical, controls-related equipment and systems.

Responsibilities

Inspire and educate by creating an engaging, hands-on learning environment in class and lab.
Provide hands-on training on operating, troubleshooting, maintaining, and repairing industrial equipment and electromechanical systems.
Connect learning to real-world scenarios using field experience and industry examples.
