Qualifications

• Requires 3-5 years of relevant clinical experience.
• Bachelor's degree required.
• Active RN license in Indiana or NLC license.
• CPR, ACLS, and PALS certifications required.
• Knowledge of adult learning principles and regulatory requirements.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and software applications.
• May require travel within Indiana.

Responsibilities

• Provide unit-based, elbow-to-elbow education to ICU and Medical Progressive Oncology units.
• Coach and mentor nurses across experience levels with real-time guidance.
• Assess learning needs with nursing leadership and develop professional plans.
• Design and evaluate educational programs using adult learning strategies.
• Foster continuous learning, clinical excellence, accountability, and growth.
• Support onboarding, orientation, and competency validation.
• Facilitate experiences that enhance clinical judgment and patient safety.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to implement best practices.
• Serve as a clinical resource for new evidence and workflows.
• Monitor outcomes and drive program improvement.
