Job summary

The HealthCare Connection (THCC) in Ohio seeks a Clinical Supervisor to provide day-to-day clinical leadership for Medical Assistants, LPNs, RNs, and other staff. You will ensure nursing standards, patient safety, and adherence to clinical protocols while supporting providers and clinical leadership.

Responsibilities include coaching, staff scheduling, competency validation, and coordinating clinical care across assigned practices with a focus on infection prevention and quality improvement.

Qualifications

• Active RN licensure in state of Ohio.
• Five years of clinical experience, two years in leadership.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a visible, hands-on presence in clinical areas and coach staff.
• Schedule staff and approve time off to ensure coverage.
• Direct supervision and accountability for Medical Assistants, LPNs, RNs, and other staff.
• Oversee day-to-day clinical support services within practices.
• Coordinate orientation, onboarding, and ongoing competency validation.
