Job summary

The HealthCare Connection in Cincinnati, OH is seeking a Clinical Supervisor to lead Medical Assistants, LPNs, RNs and other clinical staff. This role ensures competency, adherence to clinical protocols, patient safety, and coordinated care across multiple clinics.

You will model nursing practice, coordinate onboarding and training, monitor compliance, and support triage and procedures while partnering with providers and practice leaders to address clinical barriers and optimize patient care.

Qualifications

• Active RN licensure in state of Ohio.
• Five (5) years of clinical experience, two (2) years in a leadership capacity.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day clinical leadership for Medical Assistants, LPNs, RNs, and other clinical staff.
• Coordinate orientation, onboarding, and ongoing competency validation for assigned staff.
• Monitor compliance with clinical policies and nursing standards; oversee patient safety and infection prevention.
• Lead infection control efforts and support safe triage, rooming, and clinical procedures.
• Collaborate with providers and Practice Managers to address clinical barriers and ensure smooth workflow.
