Qualifications

• Experience of working with your hands in construction, manufacturing or a hobby.
• Facility maintenance experience is helpful but not required.
• Color knowledge and matching is helpful; color blindness disqualifies some roles.
• Experience with tubs and showers, tile, countertops and cabinets is a plus.
• Training is extensive; willingness to commit at least 2 years to the role.
