Bonefish Grill is seeking a Managing Partner (Proprietor) to lead all facets of the restaurant, from staffing and training to guest service and financial performance. You will work hands-on with employees and engage customers while upholding brand standards.

The ideal candidate has 3–5 years in a managerial role in casual dining, with strong leadership, service focus, and the ability to relocate if needed. Offered benefits include medical, dental, vision, and 401k.

Qualifications

• Demonstrate strong leadership across front and back of house.
• Proven ability to manage P&L and drive profitability.
• Experience in recruiting, coaching, and retaining staff.

Responsibilities

• Manage all employees to maintain high standards
• Maintain all employee files and required documentation
• Ensure restaurant is fully staffed and trained
• Oversee safety and sanitation, compliance with regulations
• Respond to guest complaints and turn around service issues
• Drive initiatives to increase sales, profitability and guest counts
• Oversee inventory, ordering, and vendor relations
• Manage restaurant P&L and financial controls
• Lead community involvement and brand representation
