Job summary

RestoreCore, Inc. is seeking a Reconstruction Technician to support project managers in repair and restoration work across a variety of trades, including trim, drywall, painting and basic plumbing. You will supervise crews, manage field activities, and help ensure projects stay on budget.

This role requires OSHA 10, WRT/FSRT IICRC within first year, and hands-on problem solving. You will use DASH software for updates and reporting, and participate in emergency mitigation during peak periods.

Qualifications

• WRT/FSRT IICRC certifications within 1st year of employment.
• OSHA 10 Hour Safety Certification required.
• DASH Documentation – Upload photos, Log Notes, Documents, work orders, etc.
• Complete Fit Test for PPE – Knowledge and use.
• Possess effective communication skills – homeowners, managers, site staff
• Possess effective written communication skills.
• Read and comprehend simple English, instructions and correspondence.

Responsibilities

• Lead crews and supervise sub contracted labor.
• Maintain on site control of job from start to finish ensuring compliance with established policies and procedures.
• Align job site activities to the project schedule.
• Order materials as needed for reconstruction.
• Possess Water Restoration Technician (WRT) and Fire and Smoke Restoration Technician (FSRT) IICRC certifications, within 1st year of employment.
• Possess OSHA 10 Hour Safety Certification.
