Job summary

OMG, Inc. is hiring an Experienced Specialist (Hourly) within the Manufacturing/Product Quality Assurance family in Minnesota.

The role applies acquired job skills and company policies to complete tasks in a semi-routine environment, following established procedures with some deviation allowed on new assignments. The position requires a high school diploma or equivalent and 2+ years in manufacturing or quality in an industrial setting.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Technical experience or associate degree in a related discipline, additional education in Statistical Quality Control/Statistical Process-Control, Six Sigma, or related coursework is preferred.
• At least 2 years of manufacturing or quality experience in an industrial environment.
• Strong analytical, mathematical, organizational, and communication skills.
• Strong problem-solving and time-management skills.
• Team-oriented approach with a desire to work in a hands-on capacity.
• Excellent PC skills including experience with MS Office Suite.
• Positive attitude and good judgment.
• Strong sense of responsibility and ownership.
