Job summary

RadNet, Inc. is seeking an Experienced Specialist in Manufacturing/Product Quality Assurance to support semi-routine assignments while applying company policies and procedures. The role emphasizes problem-solving and adherence to quality standards in a hands-on environment.

Job description

Experienced Specialist within the Manufacturing/Product Quality Assurance job family. Applies acquired job skills and company policies and procedures to complete assigned tasks. Complexity & Problem Solving: Works on assignments that are semi-routine in nature but recognizes the need for occasional deviation from accepted practice. Collaboration & Interaction: Normally follows established procedures on routine work, requires instructions only on new assignments.

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Technical experience or associate degree in a related discipline, additional education in Statistical Quality Control/Statistical Process-Control, Six Sigma, or related coursework is preferred.
  • At least 2 years of manufacturing or quality experience in an industrial environment.
  • Strong analytical, mathematical, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Strong problem-solving and time-management skills.
  • Team-oriented approach with a desire to work in a hands-on capacity.
  • Excellent PC skills including experience with MS Office Suite.
  • Positive attitude and good judgment.
  • Strong sense of responsibility and ownership.

Physical Requirements

  • Ability to work in high noise areas and wear appropriate hearing protection devices.
  • Manual material handling involving the need to grip, squeeze, and pinch.
  • The position requires the ability to regularly stand for long periods of time.
  • The position requires good close vision and depth perception.
  • Ability to walk, stand, stoop, kneel, crouch, crawl, use hands to handle, or feel objects, tools, or controls, reach with hands and arms, climb or balance; and occasionally lift/push/pull/carry up to 50 pounds.

Must be able to complete all essential job functions listed in the position responsibilities, with or without reasonable accommodation.
