Job summary

Imagineering Finishing Technologies is seeking a Quality Manager to lead the Quality team and act as a working manager on the floor. You will resolve technical and quality issues, drive continuous improvement, and ensure compliance with AS9100, ISO 9001, and IATF 16949 where applicable.

You will coach Quality Engineers and Technicians, collaborate with Operations and Production, and support audits and corrective actions to meet customer requirements and quality standards.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Quality leadership experience.
• Experience in aerospace, automotive, defense, or special processing.
• Working knowledge of AS9100, ISO 9001, IATF 16949, PFMEA, PPAP/APQP, and Root Cause Analysis.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the Quality team and drive KPIs.
• Maintain compliance with AS9100, ISO 9001, IATF 16949, and customer requirements.
• Lead customer complaints, SCARs, RMAs, and corrective actions.
• Ensure audit readiness and manage internal, external, and customer audits.
• Oversee Planning quality and work package accuracy and MRB activities.
• Drive continuous improvement and standardization across operations.
• Partner with Operations, Planning, Engineering, Customer Service and Production.
