Actalent is seeking a Quality Laboratory Supervisor in Auburn, IN to lead day-to-day laboratory operations and support quality initiatives in a manufacturing environment. You will supervise lab personnel, manage analytical testing programs, oversee process chemistry, and ensure product quality standards are met.

You will serve as a technical resource for lab and production teams, interpreting data to drive process improvements, and you’ll help establish a brand-new lab in a new facility with

Qualifications

• Requires associate's or bachelor's degree in chemistry, chemical technology, materials science, engineering, or related field.
• At least 3 years in a manufacturing or quality laboratory environment.
• Previous supervisory or lead experience overseeing lab personnel.

Responsabilités

• Supervise laboratory technicians and quality personnel to ensure high performance and quality standards.
• Manage daily lab operations, testing schedules, sample prioritization, and timely reporting of results.
• Perform and oversee chemical analysis of process solutions, baths, wastewater, and raw materials.
• Operate, calibrate, maintain, and troubleshoot ICP-OES/ICP-MS instrumentation.
