Job summary

Actalent in Fremont, CA is seeking a Quality Control Technician to perform chemical, physical, and instrumental tests on raw materials, in-process and finished goods to ensure consistent product quality and adherence to specifications. This role supports QA, Production and R&D teams in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities include following SOPs, validating methods, entering data in WinLIMS, and communicating results.

Qualifications

• Experience in laboratory testing and documentation.
• Ability to follow SOPs and QA procedures accurately.
• Familiarity with laboratory data systems and COA generation.
• Comfort handling hazardous materials and maintaining safety protocols.

Responsibilities

• Perform chemical, physical, and instrumental tests on materials and products per procedures.
• Validate analytical methods and troubleshoot testing when needed.
• Enter, review, and validate data in WinLIMS; prepare results for review.
• Maintain SOPs, test methods, protocols, deviations, batch records, COAs.
