Job summary

GPM Investments, LLC is seeking an Assistant Store Manager for our Subway location to help lead daily operations, coach team members, and uphold food quality and service standards. You’ll step in for the Store Manager when needed, drive a clean, safe, and welcoming environment, and collaborate with the team to meet budget goals while ensuring compliance with health and safety requirements.

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years or older.
• Ability to read, write, speak and understand English.
• Basic math skills (addition, subtraction, division and multiplication).
• Flexible schedule; able to bend, stand and walk during shifts.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs occasionally.

Responsibilities

• Deliver and model exceptional customer service.
• Train and support team members on food prep, safety and service.
• Assist with hiring, scheduling, and performance feedback.
• Monitor food quality, cleanliness and equipment.
• Manage inventory and ordering to minimize waste.
• Control labor, food cost, and expenses to meet budget goals.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and labor laws.
• Step in to support deli or QSR operations as needed.
