Job summary

GPM Investments, LLC is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to lead our Subway location in Richmond, VA. You will support daily operations, coach team members, maintain food quality and service standards, and step in for the Store Manager when needed.

You’ll drive a clean, safe, and welcoming environment while assisting with hiring, scheduling, and performance feedback to ensure we meet budget goals and deliver exceptional customer experiences.
