Job summary

GPM Investments, LLC is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to lead our Subway location. You will support daily operations, coach team members, and ensure food quality and service standards are met.

You’ll also step in for the Store Manager and help drive a clean, safe, and welcoming environment. Responsibilities include training staff on food prep and safety, managing scheduling, inventory, and budgeting, and ensuring compliance with health and labor laws.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Must be able to read, write, speak and understand English.
• Able to bend, stand, and walk during shift.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs frequently.

Responsibilities

• Deliver and model exceptional customer service.
• Train and support team members on food prep, safety, and service.
• Assist with hiring, scheduling, and performance feedback.
• Monitor food quality, cleanliness, and equipment.
• Manage inventory and ordering to minimize waste.
• Control labor, food cost, and expenses to meet budget goals.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and labor laws.
• Step in to support deli or QSR operations as needed.
