Job summary

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in a construction-related degree, engineering or business degree.
• Willing to work in a construction environment including regular walking, bending, stooping, reaching, and working off ladders.
• Regular local travel to job sites is expected; reliable transportation is necessary.
• Proficiency with Word and Excel; familiarity with ProCore or Viewpoint is a plus.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills and a proactive attitude.

Responsibilities

• Understand the roles and responsibilities of the office and site construction team positions.
• Support field operations by assisting field staff.
• Assist with subcontractor coordination, material tracking, file management, document control, and progress reporting.
• Gain general user knowledge of construction management software such as ProCore or Viewpoint.
• Work as a team player and take on new or different responsibilities.
• Network with industry professionals to gain valuable teamwork experience.
