ResourceMFG is seeking a Production Trainer in Shelbyville, TN to deliver hands-on training on production and decoration equipment. You will coach employees, monitor progress, and support onboarding to drive safety, quality, and efficiency on the line.

The position emphasizes teaching skills across Helix, DTF, UV printing, laser engraving, and related processes in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Competitive hourly pay is offered.

Formación

• Previous manufacturing or production experience required.
• Training, coaching, or leadership experience preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver hands-on technical training on production and decoration equipment.
• Train employees on Helix, DTF, UV Printing, Laser Engraving, Pad Print, and related processes.
• Demonstrate safe and efficient machine operation.
• Monitor trainee progress and provide coaching as needed.
• Assist with onboarding and development of new production employees.
• Ensure quality standards and production procedures are followed.
• Work closely with supervisors to identify training needs and improve employee performance.
