Job summary

Qualifications

• Previous leadership experience preferred.
• Able to lift a minimum of 30 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Lead production team on the shop floor to ensure safe, efficient operations and adherence to procedures.
• Achieve daily production needs by coordinating resources and prioritizing tasks.
• Ensure 100% on-time delivery through planning and execution.
• Promote 5S, housekeeping, safety and quality policies.
• Develop team through training, coaching and performance feedback.
• Communicate effectively with Production group and management.
