Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead the production team under the Production Supervisor to ensure smooth operations.
• Promote and enforce safety guidelines and MAC Quality Policy.
• Coordinate resources and prioritize tasks to meet daily production needs and on-time delivery.
• Develop team through training and guidance and provide feedback to members.
• Work overtime as needed and communicate effectively with the Production group and management.
