Job summary

Aerotek is seeking a Production Team Lead for our Newington, CT facility. You will lead and support a production team on the floor, balancing hands-on tasks with daily leadership to ensure quality, safety, and efficiency across operations.

Responsibilities include coordinating workflow, guiding 515 production staff, enforcing safety standards, and driving continuous improvement in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This is a fully onsite, permanent role with a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Experience leading teams in a manufacturing environment.
• Hands-on production and assembly experience on the factory floor.
• Accurate data entry and attention to detail.
• Strong leadership and coaching abilities.
• Ability to work on the production floor and follow safety procedures.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise a team of production employees on the floor.
• Work hands-on alongside the team to support daily production tasks.
• Coordinate workflow and assign tasks to meet production goals.
• Monitor quality and address issues to maintain standards.
• Ensure accurate data entry for production output and inventory.
