Job summary

NYCOA is seeking a hands-on Production Supervisor to lead plant employees and support safe, efficient manufacturing operations at our Manchester, NH facility. This role emphasizes on-the-floor leadership, employee development, and problem-solving to meet daily production goals while upholding safety and quality standards.

We seek an experienced manufacturing leader who is comfortable on the production floor, drives teamwork, and collaborates with teams to resolve issues and improve performance.

Qualifications

• Requires high school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience leading teams in a manufacturing or production setting.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support production employees on the assigned shift.
• Maintain a safe working environment and reinforce safety procedures.
• Coordinate daily production activities to meet quality, output, and scheduling goals.
• Work with team members to learn production equipment and assist with operations as needed.
• Coach, train, and motivate team members; provide constructive feedback.
