• Champion Safety & Workplace Standards: Promote a strong safety culture and 5S practices.
• Develop & Support Production Employees: Provide coaching and guidance; assist in training and qualifications.
• Drive Quality & Continuous Improvement: Ensure adherence to quality standards and lead improvements.
• Manage Production Systems & Reporting: Ensure ERP transactions, training on M3 and Ignition, and accurate reporting.
