Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Science, or Business.
• 3–5 years EHSS management in industrial settings or 10+ years EHS leadership.
• Knowledge of OSHA, environmental compliance, and industrial safety.
• Experience in manufacturing environments; plastics knowledge preferred.
• Willingness to travel up to 25% (incl. international).

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain EHS management systems focused on compliance.
• Lead site safety initiatives and injury prevention.
• Drive sustainability and KAITEKI initiatives.
• Lead risk assessments, investigations, and corrective actions.
• Provide coaching and mentorship to EHSS teams.
• Partner with operations to improve housekeeping, 5S, and safety performance.
