Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• Minimum 2 years' experience in a food manufacturing or dairy environment preferred.
• Familiarity with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) is expected.
• Strong mathematical skills and proficiency with equipment controls.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and SAP; ability to learn computer-based systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise hourly production staff across a 24/7 dairy facility.
• Manage changeovers and minimize downtime to achieve OEE targets.
• Perform root cause analysis and implement preventive measures.
• Ensure GMP compliance, quality specifications, and proper documentation.
• Provide training and guidance to new hires and operators.
