Job summary

White Cap in the United States is seeking a hands-on production supervisor to manage daily shift operations on the production floor. You will work closely with machine operators, enforce safety rules, and ensure a safe, efficient, and compliant environment while securing the facility at shift end.

This role requires experience in manufacturing, a technical certification or associate degree, and prior supervisory or lead experience.

Qualifications

• Technical certification or associate degree may be required in some areas.
• Typically 7+ years of experience in the relevant production or manufacturing area.
• 1+ years of supervisory or lead experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of safety protocols and OSHA regulations.

Responsibilities

• Supervise machine operators and production staff to ensure smooth workflow and productivity.
• Enforce safety regulations and company policies on the production floor.
• Monitor performance and coach staff to maintain high standards.
• Coordinate shift changeovers and communicate with leadership on 1st and 3rd shifts.
• Perform regular floor checks and ensure equipment operates correctly and procedures followed.
• Lock and secure facility at end of shift and handle after-hours emergencies.
