Job summary

Barlean's Organic Oils, LLC is hiring a Production Operator to operate encapsulation equipment and manage setup, cleaning, and changeovers on a 14-day schedule. You will sort capsules, monitor drying, and prepare products for storage while ensuring GMP standards.

The role requires strong communication, basic math, and mechanical aptitude and is onsite in Ferndale, WA. The position emphasizes teamwork, adherence to SOPs, and safe handling of materials with the potential for growth within our

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Machine Operator experience preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions in English.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Operate encapsulation equipment for production runs.
• Set up, operate, inspect, and troubleshoot equipment.
• Sort capsules and monitor drying equipment for quality.
• Prepare finished capsules for storage or transfer.
• Maintain GMP, GDP, and SQF compliance; keep area clean.
